Here is a brief clip of Grandmaster Sun performing Damo Jian 2 at the International Chinese Martial Arts Championships in Orlando, FL.
Hao family style is one branch of Northern Praying Mantis boxing. It’s roots are traced to Wang Lang of the Shaolin Temple, and the seventh generation Grandmaster, Sun Deyao (above center) now lives in America. Grandmaster Sun learned from his uncle, Grnadmaster Hao Bin (above left), and is President of the International Mantis Boxing Federation.

Master Nick Gracenin (above right) had a well established career as a Chinese martial arts master when introduced to Master Sun by mutual old friend Master Yang Xiaodong in 2002. Gracenin learned the Hao family technique and curriculum and now offers this training through DC Kung Fu.
